Welcome here!

I’m bee, I’m 33, & I write poetry,

but you already guessed that.

I was born in the English countryside,

to a Scandinavian family,

& now live in Canada

on the shores of Lake Ontario.

I’m a wedding florist by trade,

spending Ontario’s

long, hot summers with flowers, &

it’s even longer, cold winters with words.

I’m a theology-turned-philosophy student,

with one thesis in Coaching & Mentoring,

& another in

Rhythms of Rest’.

I write poetry to explore & refine my refections on love, loss, & wisdom.

My poetry has won multiple awards,

& has been featured on academic & lifestyle blogs,

as well as school & university curriculums.

My debut collection,

‘The Summer & I Keep Secrets’,

is out now.

My poems are often inspired by

rhythms in nature

-the lake, the stars, the seasons, early mornings & steaming teas -

as well as ordinary moments & objects

that I can squeeze into playful metaphors.

I hope they’ll offer you a mindful moment to reconnect with yourself,

just as they kindly did for me.

Thank you for being here <3 !
